ISPT is pleased to announce the opening of a Health, Wellness & Services Hub for Silkstone Village located at 73 Blackstone Road, Cnr Grange Rd, Silkstone QLD. The introduction of this new precinct is an exciting innovation for the already thriving precinct and the City of Ipswich as a whole.

The brand new, two level, 893sqm Health, Wellness & Services Hub will drive Silkstone Village to be the leading one-stop destination for groceries, everyday goods and services in Silkstone. ISPT have committed over $6 million investment into this modern development. Key tenancies including the introduction of a medical centre, pharmacy, physiotherapy, pathology and other allied health services have already been secured. These tenants will join the full-line Coles supermarket, 8 specialty stores and 275 car parks already servicing the Silkstone community.

Construction of the Health, Wellness & Services Hub will commence onsite at Silkstone Village in the coming months, with the opening of the Hub scheduled in 2022. During this time Silkstone Village will continue to trade as normal.

Leasing

The centre is accepting expressions of interest from aspiring retailers and service providers to join the new Health, Wellness & Services Hub. In particular, the leasing team are on the hunt for additional specialty stores such as a barber, optometrist, hairdresser, beautician or massage tenant.
